It makes my stomach turn when someone tells me a story about how they hired an agent to sell their home, he or she it up a sign and they never heard from them again.  This business is about customer service but more than that it's about relationships.

They're Just Not That Into Your House

You remember the movie He’s Just Not That Into You, it was funny and got the point across pretty clearly.  Sometimes it’s like that with your house.  Some Buyers just aren’t into it and that’s okay.  I’m not saying it isn’t frustrating but put your feet in the Buyer’s shoes (which might be really easy if you are selling your current home and then buying a new one).
