Our Real Purpose - Strengthening Community Together

Our Mission
REAL ESTATE WITH REAL PURPOSE - We don’t just sell real estate—we build community, create impact, and lead with heart.

Our mission is to serve, give back, and make an impact while building thriving real estate careers that fuel our families and fulfill our purpose.

We believe in leading with passion, connecting with like-minded people, and creating a business rooted in purpose. Supported by strong systems and teamwork, our agents focus on what matters most:

SELLING REAL ESTATE AND BECOMING HEROES IN THEIR COMMUNITIES.

Vision

Thriving in real estate, giving back to our communities, and building lives we love.

To be recognized as heroes in our communities— making a meaningful impact through service and leadership—while thriving as a high-performing real estate team that supports our families financially and fulfills our souls personally.

The Airdrie Angel program is a charity that was started by Matt Carre in January of 2013. Airdrie Angel is designed to help those going through a difficult time through no fault of their own. It’s a gift from the heart and a lift to the spirit.

Our Team

The Carre Group is made up of a group of Realtors - Matt Carre, Dave Borman, Amanda van der Linden, AJ van der Linden, and Nick Penney. We have a full time office manager, Jenna Kosior. Our brokerage, Real Broker, provides amazing support to our Group and Clients.

When you work with a member of our Group that person will be your primary contact but if that person is unavailable, another member of our Group will step in to help out. We all conduct our business in a similar manner with integrity and professionalism which will ensure you are always taken care of with the same level of customer service. If another member of the Group steps in to help you out the transition will be seamless. To achieve this, we remain in constant communication with one another.

All team members of The Carre Group believe in Real Estate with Real Purpose and will conduct ourselves with that in mind at all times and in all ways.
